Sephora Collection Alexis Bittar Liquid Gold

If you’ve ever lusted after a piece from jewelry designer Alexis Bittar, you’ve got a few more pieces to put on your wish list. But it’s not what you think, because instead of heading to a Bittar boutique or a department store, his latest project is an exclusive to Sephora. Yes, your favorite spot to snag new mascaras and the latest lipsticks is also the spot where you’ll need to go to get your hands on the Sephora Collection Alexis Bittar Liquid Gold pieces.

The collection of beauty tools fits right into Bittar’s line of sculptural and striking pieces. The Liquid Gold collection was inspired by a night of dancing at Studio 54, New York’s most notorious club. Bittar wanted to create pieces that would fit right into those disco divas’ bags, but bring the sensuality and fun of that era into today’s world. The result is a gold collection of textured brushes, a rippling molten compact and a special brush roll that doubles as a jewelry organizer.

The brush set, which includes a shiny black base, includes gold-accented brushes that bear both the Alexis Bittar and Sephora logos, separated by gleaming crystal. The must-have compact includes 1x and 2x magnification and might just be the piece to grab sooner than later. Like the rest of the pieces in the collection, the special beauty brush is plated with genuine 24 karat gold, but Bittar added a jewelry roll that doubles as a brush keeper, allowing beauty junkies and bling fans a place to stash all of their goods when they hit the road. And the best part? Two decades of jewelry designing on Bittar’s part mean that the tools are beautiful for sure, but they’re also meant to perform. So expect super-soft bristles and artist-level application every time.
