Clare Vivier and & Other Stories Return with a Second Collab

Clare Vivier fêted the launch of her second collaboration with H&M’s sister brand & Other Stories last night at Steven Alan’s La Brea boutique. And there was good reason to celebrate, because after the Silverlake-based Vivier and & Other Stories’ first collection back in 2013 was such a huge success, it only made sense to give shoppers one more go at Vivier’s signature leather goods. Available now at Steven Alan La Brea (and the shop’s Nolita location in New York), the collection will also launch online on March 5.

The collection is crafted in Vivier’s signature style — think Parisian chic meets L.A. bohemian — only this time around, the colors are bright and poppy and the collection spans a few more silhouettes. In addition to bucket bags and totes, shoppers can grab zippered wallets and Vivier’s favorite piece, a bright orange fanny pack.

Not to be outdone by the leather goods, which are all priced under $200, the line also includes nail polishes (just $9 each!) named for L.A. neighborhoods. In fact, the whole collection is named for notable areas of Los Angeles, including Echo Park, Pasadena, Laurel Canyon and naturally, Silver Lake.

The campaign stars Vivier’s gal pals Mamie, Grace and Louisa Gummer, lensed by famed photog Stephen Shore in an equally L.A. campaign featuring dreamy pastels and plenty of sun-soaked environs. The bags are sure to go fast, so get to Steven Alan’s La Brea location quick to snag one of your own or take your chances on March 5, when the collection makes its debut in all & Other Stories boutiques — the only store currently in the United States is in New York, FYI — and online.
