L.A. has its fair share of icons: the Hollywood sign, its instantly recognizable skyline, the TCL Chinese Theatre. But there is one resident of Southern California that has a global reach that none of those can even touch: Mickey Mouse.
But before we swoon, you have to know that Coach creative director Stuart Vevers is a real Disneyphile. While he’s been drawing inspiration from America’s deserts and Space Race nostalgia, he spends his off hours heading to Disney resorts. Yeah, that’s right: one of the biggest names in fashion — American or otherwise — can be spotted walking down Main Street U.S.A., checking out EPCOT and naturally, clocking in time at Disneyland Paris. Expect to see Vevers post some Instas from Shanghai Disney soon.

Back to the task at hand: Disney and Coach have teamed up for a sweet capsule collection of bags, accessories and ready-to-wear that feature Mickey Mouse, both via embossed illustrations of the world-famous mascot on totes, cross-body saddle bags, wallets and more, as well as some very well-placed ears on kiss-lock bags. The collection’s colors draw from Mickey himself, with black, yellow and red picks making the majority of the collab.
It’s all available now, including graphic tees, a studded-leather moto jacket and even a few smaller pieces, like bookmarks, hang tags and more that let everyone in on the action — prices start at just $25. Consider this a quick way to get into the Disney mood without having to perch a pair of ears on your head. And with a collection that’s pretty much guaranteed to be spotted on Instagram, you’re sure to rack up the Likes in no time, flat.
Even guys can get in on the action with backpacks, messengers, sneakers and wallets that bring that signature Mickey Mouse fun to Coach’s most-iconic silhoettes.
