Forever 21 is hoping to take an even bigger piece of the budget shopping demographic with the opening of its newest concept, F21 Red. The store, which opens Saturday, May 10 at the Azalea Shopping Center in South Gate, Calif., is focusing on even lower prices than a standard Forever 21 store.
“We are very pleased to unveil the first F21 Red store in the Azalea Shopping Center,” Don Chang, CEO and founder of Forever 21, said in a statement. “With F21, we are able to deliver greater quantities of the styles our customers seek while maintaining the value with entry-level category price points Forever 21 is known for offering.”
The new F21 Red will offer a large selection of lower price points, including $1.80 camisoles and $7.80 jeans for women and juniors. Men can also get in on the bargains with t-shirts and tank tops for $3.80.
The 18,000 square foot store is the first F21 Red location, which joins over 600 Forever 21 stores already operating across the country (and more locations in Canada, China, Europe, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Latin America, Mexico, the Philippines, South America and the United Kingdom).
In addition to the lower-priced selections, the new location will also stock a limited selection of mainline Forever 21 apparel and accessories and pieces from the brand’s myriad of other lines, including 21Men, Forever 21+ (the label’s plus-size line), Forever 21 Girls, Forever 21 lingerie and shoes, and Love & Beauty, the company’s beauty line.
At press time, Chang made no comment on the opening of additional F21 Red locations.
