Today, Spice Girl turned fashion darling Victoria Beckham is celebrating her 40th birthday. And lest we forget, she spent a few years here on our shores as an honorary Angeleno while hunky hubby David Beckham played for the L.A. Galaxy. During her stay, she made quite an impression on the fashion set, sporting everything from Cali cool cutoofs to a Roland Mouret galaxy dress complete with matching Birkin bag.
